“Our first wealth is our health.”

I studied Physiotherapy at McGill University and graduated in 2007. Since then I have worked in private practices, with sports teams, with community based homecare organizations and was the head Physiotherapist on Haida Gwaii; managing outpatient clinics, inpatient care and long term care clientele.

I consider my approach holistic in nature and over the years have gained many experiences and techniques from various disciplines and healers. Some of these being; Myofascial release, Cranio-sacral release, Manual therapy, McKenzie approach and Acupressure. I also work with all ages and consider myself a generalist, working with orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, chronic pain syndromes, pregnancy related issues and fall prevention with the elder population.

In the homecare setting, I can do evaluations of your living space, make recommendations on equipment needs, I aim to maintain and improve quality of life and support keeping those in need safe and at home.

When I am not working, I am a passionate Permaculturalist, gardener and nature lover. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, wild harvesting, fruit picking, board games, reading, live music and dancing. I am quite the foodie, always transforming and trying new recipes. I was born and raised in the amazing city of Montreal but have been coming to the West coast since I was a child.

I consider myself so fortunate to be working with the Parksville Physiotherapy Clinic and team and I am excited to be able to continue providing quality service to your community in Parksville.
